He started as a programmer for a technology design house in London, and his most recent roles have as the CTO of a publicly listed company and head of his own consultancy firm in the UK.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"page-section with-separator group\">\r\n<h2 id=\"nicholasadams\">Nicholas Adams (Director)<\/h2>\r\n<div class=\"float-left inline-image-portrait\">\r\n    <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/NicholasAdams.jpg\" alt=\"Nicholas Adams\" width=\"150\" height=\"200\" class=\"\" \/>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<p>Nicholas Adams (B.Eng (Hons) in Electronic Systems Engineering, MBA (Hons) International Leadership) is a British citizen and has worked in the IT industry for 15 years in Japan. As an IT Consultant in Tokyo, he works directly with CEOs and clients to provide technical advice and implementation of projects on a wide variety of platforms. He has extensive experience with SMEs in Japan, and with international clients possessing Japanese operations.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<!-- div class=\"page-section with-separator group\">\r\n<h2 id=\"mutsukoadams\">Mutsuko Adams (Director)<\/h2>\r\n<div class=\"float-left inline-image-portrait\">\r\n    <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/MutsukoAdams-03.jpg\" alt=\"Mutsuko Adams\" width=\"150\" height=\"200\" class=\"\" \/>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<p>Mutsuko Adams (Undergraduate in Nutritional Sciences) is a Japanese citizen and has worked in Japan for 15 years. She started her career in R&D for a major Japanese food product company, before moving role after 5 years to Marketing & Strategy. Most recently, she has taken on the responsibility for quality control for overseas imports.
